Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of huara.co.uk (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Last updated: 6 October 2026

01 Who we are

The Site is operated by Huara Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17451672), registered office 7 Middlesex Road, Stockport SK5 8HT. Contact: hello@huara.co.uk.

02 What the Site is

The Site gives information about our lead generation and outreach services. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, or a contract for services.

Our services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by Huara Ltd and the client. If there is any conflict between these terms and that agreement, the written agreement prevails for the services.

03 Using the Site

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any way that is unlawful or breaches any applicable regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our servers, or any system connected to the Site;
  • introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;
  • scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission;
  • use the Site to send us spam or unsolicited promotional material;
  • misuse any contact or enquiry form, including by submitting false, misleading or another person’s details.

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site at any time if you break these terms.

04 Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it, including text, graphics, logos, layout and code, is owned by Huara Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may view the Site and print or save individual pages for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or distribute any part of the Site without our written permission.

Nothing on the Site gives you any right in the systems, methods, workflows, prompts or software we use to deliver our services.

05 Information on the Site

We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or current. The Site is for general information only and is not legal, financial or professional advice. Any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.

We do not guarantee any particular results from our services. Any examples, figures or descriptions of outcomes on the Site are illustrative only.

06 Enquiries and your data

If you contact us through the Site, we use your details as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send us sensitive personal data, passwords or payment card details through any form or by email.

08 Availability

We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or free from errors or interruptions. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice.

09 Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:

  • the Site is provided “as is”, and we exclude all warranties and conditions not expressly stated in these terms;
  • we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from your reliance on its content;
  • we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

These terms apply to your use of the Site only. Liability under a services agreement is governed by that agreement.

10 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11 Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
